TSS offer a service like no other I have experienced in my 30+ years in industry. The range of work that they cover from heavy plant engineering through to high speed packaging machinery maintenance is quite exceptional. They are the “go to guys” we fall back on when disaster has struck or we have a resource issue. Their speed of response is excellent whatever the day, date or time. Often I rang Dave at short notice and he could rustle up support seemingly out of thin air, and always with a set standard of support. Any issues were easily resolved and Dave was always available on the phone. If Dave was unavailable he would always give prior knowledge that he would be out of reach, and equally Mick could be contacted any time I couldn’t reach Dave. TSS certainly provided the support required for such a large project and their input was key to it’s success.
