Often I rang Dave at short notice and he could rustle up support seemingly out of thin air, and always with a set standard of support. Any issues were easily resolved and Dave was always available on the phone. If Dave was unavailable he would always give prior knowledge that he would be out of reach, and equally Mick could be contacted any time I couldn’t reach Dave.
